Reasons to Get Lost in Harajuku Pt. 3
I don’t know much about graffiti. I do know that I appreciate it as an art form. I’ve seen this Neckface tag before under an overpass in Philly so I was very surprised to find it in Harajuku. The friend I was with tells me that these tags are all over the place in NYC as well.
